Wine is an Art and a Craft.

The making of wine requires the mastery of an artist and the honed skills of a craftsman. Curiosity and an intense desire to create something unique and different drive my passion.

Wine is alive and ever-changing. It is dynamic and the perfect medium for self-expression. I consider each wine I create to be an individual work of art. Like an artist, I want my work to communicate with its audience. Wine is about crafting an expression that is unique and special to each individual.

Hi, I’m Ryan Reed. I have been making wine for over a decade. I live in Woodbridge, California, with my wife, Amber, and our two daughters, Lily and Willow.

When a master artisan starts with a piece of marble, the marble itself guides the artist in creating a masterpiece. I view wine in the very same way, allowing the grapes to guide the process to maximize the full expression of the fruit.

I produce artisanal wine in small 50-100 case lots, sourced from multi-generational growers in the Lodi AVA. Each lot of wine is unique and one-of-a-kind. Once a particular wine is gone, it is gone forever.
